Shipping Information:

We usually ship out within 24-48 hrs(if in stock). We do overnight shipping for livestock via UPS, FedEX, Air Cargo, Lonestar Overnight,etc. We have $55.00 flat rate for overnight shipping in the USA and free shipping if you order $175.00 or more. If you are in the Houston area we will also deliver via our truck(additional fees apply) or free if you order $100 or more(Houston area only). Dead on arrival(DOA), if you receive your livestock and it is dead, call us as soon as you receive your shipment and we will resolve the problem. You must provide us with the time of delivery(shipping invoice) and picture of livestock in shipping bag(must be in bag). We offer a FIVE DAY stay-a-live guarantee that includes replacement of coral/fish but NOT shipping costs.It is your responsibility to contact us within 5 days of delivery of any dead coral/fish. If you do not, this will VOID the guarantee. **Photos are required to validate this offer. **The photos must show the dead coral/fish in a container of water. Once these criteria are met, a credit will be given for the cost of the fish. Shipping charges are not refundable. We will not be responsible for DOAs do to delays by shipping company or mishandled boxes. We carefully package all our products and inspect all packages before shipping. We will work with you and the shipping company to resolve any problems.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We will give you a store credit for any unused items you return(dry goods only). There are no cash refunds unless arrangements are made with us. If you cancel an order, you will be charged a 15%(of total amount) restocking fee.

A: We will make sure you receive your package the same day you order, if we receive your order by 11:30AM and your items are in stock.(delivery fees apply)

A: If all of your items are not in stock, we will contact you to let you know. You will be ask what would you like to do about shipping the items in stock or waiting to fill the order.
